PAYMENT

Payment is required in full prior to items being dispatched. We accept cash, cheque and paypal. Once cash is received, goods will be dispatched. Please make cheques payable to Dynasty. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear before goods will be dispatched. To pay via paypal, please email for invoice and then send money upon receipt of this. Postage and packaging is costed at £4.95 per order. We mainly ship in the UK. Please enquire about shipping costs to gillianmarsh659@btinternet.com bfore processing an order from abroad.

REFUNDS

Goods may not be returned unless defective. Dynasty must be notified of all defects within 14 days of receiving goods. Upon notification from Dynasty the defective package must be returned to Dynasty in the same condition as it was received by you. Please include proof of purchase. A replacement or refund will then be sent (This will be at our discretion). All items supplied by this company are safe if used correctly. Due to circumstances beyond our control there may be the occasional price change.
